1. Scope
These Terms govern access to the Ennoverse corporate website. Product subscriptions, pilots, implementation services, support and commercial engagements may be governed by a separate proposal, order form, statement of work, licence agreement or customer contract. Where a separate agreement applies, that agreement controls for the relevant service.
2. Ennoverse, Omnivue and Workspace
Ennoverse is the corporate and product brand used for the website. Omnivue is Ennoverse’s flagship AI-powered vision product. Ennoverse Workspace is an existing application with separate account and support flows. The applicable contracting entity for a paid product or service will be identified in the relevant commercial document.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful activity.
4. Product information
Website content is provided for general information. Product suitability, performance, architecture and commercial terms depend on the operating environment, camera and network conditions, agreed scope, integrations and validation. A website description is not a guarantee or binding service commitment unless incorporated into a signed agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The website, product names, logos, designs, software descriptions and original content are owned by or licensed to the applicable Ennovators group entity. No right is granted except the limited right to access the public website for lawful business evaluation.
6. Third-party services
The website may link to third-party platforms, product websites, video services or account systems. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the public website. Contractual product and service liability is governed by the applicable signed agreement.

9. Governing terms
The governing law and contracting entity for a commercial engagement will be stated in the applicable order form or agreement. Website-only disputes will be handled under the law applicable to the website operator after the operator details are formally confirmed in the legal entity matrix.
