Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit the Ennoverse corporate website, submit an enquiry, request an Omnivue discussion, contact us about a partnership, seek Workspace support or apply for a role. Separate product agreements or notices may apply to customer deployments, Workspace accounts, Omnivue implementations or employee data.
2. Who is responsible
The applicable Ennovators group entity responsible for a commercial engagement will be identified in the relevant proposal, order form or contract. The final website-operator and data-controller matrix is pending formal legal confirmation and must be completed before production approval of this policy.
3. Information we collect
- Contact details such as name, business email and phone number.
- Company, country, product interest and enquiry type.
- Information you include in a free-form requirement or support message.
- Landing page, referrer and campaign parameters used to understand enquiry attribution.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser information, request timestamps and security logs.
4. How we use information
- Respond to product, pilot, partner, support, careers and corporate enquiries.
- Route an enquiry to the appropriate team or approved implementation partner.
- Assess technical and commercial suitability.
- Protect forms and infrastructure from abuse, fraud and security threats.
- Measure website and conversion performance without sending sensitive free-form content to analytics.
- Maintain records required for contracts, compliance and dispute resolution.
5. Legal basis
Depending on location and context, processing may be based on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, consent or compliance with legal obligations.
6. Sharing
Information may be shared with relevant group entities, service providers, approved CRM and email providers, hosting and security providers, professional advisers and implementation partners where needed to respond to the enquiry. We do not sell personal information.
7. International processing
Ennoverse operates across multiple markets and may process information in countries different from your own. Appropriate contractual, technical and organizational measures should be applied where required by applicable law.
8. Retention
Enquiry information is retained only for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or active business relationship, meet legal obligations, maintain security records and resolve disputes. Retention periods may differ by enquiry type and jurisdiction.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and product-deployment security requirements are defined separately for each implementation.
10. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. Some information may need to be retained for legal or contractual reasons.
11. Cookies and analytics
The website may use essential cookies and approved analytics tools. Campaign and referrer data may be retained with an enquiry. Analytics must not receive names, email addresses, phone numbers, biometric information, video content or free-form enquiry messages.
12. Product and deployment data
This website policy does not by itself define how customer CCTV, biometric, attendance, vehicle or operational data is processed in an Omnivue deployment. Those responsibilities, retention rules, locations and security controls must be documented in the applicable implementation and data-processing agreements.
13. Contact
Privacy questions and rights requests may be sent to support@ennoverse.ai. A dedicated privacy contact should be inserted after legal confirmation.
